The second project period of Romarise has been successfully concluded, with all core activities implemented on a self-funded basis as planned. Key partnerships have been confirmed and aligned with project objectives, ensuring continuity into the next phase.

On 17 March 2026, a strategic coordination meeting of the ROMARISE project took place in Tirana, hosted at the ANOA office. The meeting brought together key project representatives, including Envina Xhemi (ANOA), Denis Zavalani (ANOA), and project coordinator Béla Kardon (RCISD).

Current focus is shifting toward operational and logistical preparation for the upcoming exchange in Albania, including participant coordination, travel arrangements, and program structuring. Ongoing management priorities include monitoring remaining deliverables, maintaining partner engagement, and identifying potential risks such as resource constraints and scheduling conflicts. Additionally, exploratory efforts are underway to expand the partner network and secure further collaboration opportunities to strengthen project sustainability.sfnjs.png
