On March 26–31, 2026 (Budapest, Hungary) – RomaRise is pleased to highlight an important Erasmus+ youth training opportunity tailored for professionals working in the field of inclusion and diversity. The Support the Supporters training course invites youth workers, trainers, project leaders, mentors, and inclusion advocates from across Europe to come together in Budapest for a reflective, empowering and community-building experience.

Inclusion-oriented practitioners often dedicate themselves to supporting others but rarely receive structured space to reflect, recharge or learn new approaches. This training addresses that gap: it offers a holistic and safe learning environment where participants can reconsider what support means (on cognitive, mental, emotional and physical levels) and gain tools to sustain their work in youth inclusion and diversity.

Over six days, participants will explore peer support, creative non-formal education methods, and personal resilience strategies. The course methodologically blends reflection, dialogue and experiential learning to foster sustainable practice and stronger professional communities.

This opportunity is open to participants from Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries and conducted in English. Registered professionals who feel they could benefit from community and renewed support are encouraged to learn more and apply.

Stay connected with RomaRise as we continue to share opportunities that strengthen inclusion, build capacities and support Roma youth and professionals across Europe.
